Ballance,
Craigg:
Craigg is a partner in the e-commerce consulting and systems
development company,
e-Finity,
located in Toronto, Canada. He and Peter have worked together
for over ten years. They have co-authored three books together
and have developed and delivered a wide range of executive
seminars on e-commerce, financial services and e-government.
Craigg is the leader of the widely successful IT Executive
Leadership program. He was responsible for the Royal Bank of
Canada’s e-commerce initiatives.
Craigg and Peter are collaborators in executive education
programs and often give speeches together at leading
conferences.
Binney, Dereck:
Dereck is the Chief Technology Officer for
CSC Australia. He is the author of a number of articles on
knowledge management and a leading authority on the links
between knowledge management and organizational innovation and
change. He is also a wine connoisseur par excellence. Peter has
worked with CSC on a number of projects, as part of the firm’s
commitment to thought leadership.
Carlsson, Christer:
Christer is recognized as one of the world’s leading experts
in the design of
mobile
services. He and Peter are co-authoring a new book on mobile
knowledge. They work together on a number of research studies on
mobile communications and also frequently speak at conferences
together on mobile commerce and business and organizational
innovation through mobility.
Clavir, Barry:
Barry is an entrepreneur and consultant. He founded the
CIO Summit,
which is Canada’s leading annual conference for IT leaders, an
event where Peter Keen has been a keynote speaker for many
years. He is also one of the innovators in the development of
the IT Executive Leadership Program. One of his areas of
expertise in the design and management of content-rich
conferences.
Elliot, Steve:
Steve is a senior professor at the
University of Sydney, Australia, and plays a very active
role internationally in the research community and also as an
adviser to senior managers. One of his areas of specialty is
international financial electronic commerce. He edited one of
the most highly-regarded books on electronic commerce and is the
senior author for a forthcoming book where Peter is one of the
collaborators.
Garcia, Alejandro:
Alejandro was head of strategic planning for the IT group of
Cemex, widely known as one of the world’s exemplars in
business innovation through IT. He and Peter work on many
consulting and executive education projects in Mexico. He is
also an adjunct professor at ITESM (“Monterrey Tech”), one of
the most respected and fastest growing universities in the
world. Alejandro and Peter are have developed a number of
partnerships in Mexico that focus on helping companies generate
profitable business growth through IT.
Qureshi, Sajda:
Sajda is a professor at the
University of Nebraska. She and Peter are developing and
applying approaches to knowledge activation in organizations
that go well beyond traditional – and too often disappointing
knowledge “management” investments. Several of their articles on
the topic will appear in scholarly journals in 2005.
Sol, Henk:
Henk and Peter are collaborators in several books that will
be published in 2005: Rehearsing the Future and Coordination by
Design. Their association goes back for around twenty years,
through their individual and joint work in the Decision Support
Systems field. Henk was the dean of the Technology Policy and
Management group at
The Technical University of Delft, where Peter is a
professor. He is now the Dean of the University of Groningen. He
has built many effective joint programs with universities across
the world.
Sussman Lester:
Lester is an entrepreneur who
holds a number of patents for inventions in what he and
Peter have named PCC – Personal Consumer Communications. He
played a leading management role in positioning
INTELSAT
for the era of digital satellite communications and the
Internet. He provides seminars and services to help individuals
and small organizations learn how to patent their products and
services. He and Peter are currently working on a new book on
what executives must know about IT to use it to lead business
change and innovation.
Tan, Margaret:
Margaret is a professor at
Singapore’s NTU and runs her own company that specializes in
trust mechanisms for electronic commerce. She has played a key
role in the development of many international conferences and
associations, with a focus on international financial services.
She and Peter are working on a book and executive education
programs on e-Trust.
Williams, Ron:
Ron and Peter are close partners in a wide range of
activities: research, executive education and consulting. Ron
was a marketing manager for IBM and headed many of its
e-commerce initiatives. He is an adjunct professor at
The University of
North Carolina and has designed and delivered many executive
ed programs. His focus is on helping business development units
and middle managers take effective action to deliver results in
such areas as outsourcing and product and service innovation. |
